Albania reopened borders to all foreigners entering for tourism on July 1, 2020.
There are currently no requirements to bring negative PCR tests, no testing on arrival and no quarantines. All nations welcome.
Arrivals will have their temperature taken upon arrival, and asked to wear masks, but that is about all for restrictions.

On October 26, Costa Rica removed their PCR testing requirements, and as of November 1, they dissolved their ‘countries approved’ list and started welcoming all nations once again!
No tests or quarantines are needed and all countries are welcome.
Visitors will only have to show proof of insurance, as well as fill out an online health form before entering.

The Dominican is a recent entry onto this list. Although they have been open for months, its only recently that they dropped entry requirements.
Starting on September 15th authorities will randomly administer a quick breath test to between 3% to 10% of passengers upon arrival, and will remove the need for all arrivals to bring a PCR test.
Now all nations can visit the Dominican without testing or quarantines. Only a small percentage of arrivals will be random tested.

Mexico is open to all international tourists with no testing or quarantines.
Some areas are still facing beach/hotel closures but most major destinations such as Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos have fully reopened.

The Republic of North Macedonia has officially reopened for international tourism July 1, 2020 and is now allowing tourists from all countries to visit, restriction free.
In a direct quote given to Travel Off Path’s from official government representatives:
“All nations can come to North Macedonia with no restrictions.”

As of June 2020, Tanzania reopened for tourism from all nations. No mandatory quarantine period is currently in place, however temperature checks, mask wearing, and social distancing is in effect. No PCR tests are currently needed to enter.
Note: When Tanzania first reopened in June, they did not have any test requirements. Then on August 1st, they launched a 72-hour PCR test requirement. Now in September, they have removed the test requirement once again. Since Tanzania has changed the rules a few times before, please double-check before travelling.
